Having trouble with Android Market

Help! i can't connect my phone to the android store powered by google play.
when i click "Install" of a app with my computer a pop-up message says that i have to connect my phone to the server by choosing the white shopping bag app icon in the phone's menu.
in that app i entered my e-mail address(which is the same address as this account) and password and then clicked "sign-in"
but after about 2 minutes it say's "Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server"

but i can surf through the internet by using the browser in the phone so it can't be a problem with my internet connection isn't it?
what should i doooooo?
p.s- my phone is xperia mini pro

k k that's a great succes of course.(i was desperate without the market. i even thought i have bought a false or pirate product because i didn't bought from a trustworthy seller)

dobry den muze mi nekdo poradit mam problem s prihlasenim do android obchudu porad to jen nacita a nepripoji se vse ostatni mi pres internet funguje normalne. dekuju za odpoved. muzete mi ji prosim poslat na muj e-mail tady se mi spatne hleda  muj e-mail je natasha.angel.diabol@seznam.cz  moc dekuju
