I m a Sony xperia Sp user since 1 nov 2013 and from 4 nov. I m facing the prob of touch I update the latest software from service center still the problem not resolve then I replace it by new handset. The new handset also have the same problem touch not reponse while charging I use the original charger and still facing the same problem........WHAT SHOULD I DO CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO FIND SOLUTION

If I pay the extra amount for zr than how much amount should I pay u say that its negotiable it is? Or not.....

Our warranty
Subject to the conditions of this Limited Warranty, Sony
warrants this Product to be free from defects in design,
material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase
by a consumer. This Limited Warranty will last for a period of
one (1) year as from the original date of purchase of the
Product.
What we will do
If, during the warranty period, this Product fails to operate
under normal use and service, due to defects in design,
materials or workmanship, Sony authorised distributors or
service partners, in the country/region* where you purchased
the Product, will, at their option, either repair, replace or
refund the purchase price of the Product in accordance with
the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
Sony and its service partners reserve the right to charge a
handling fee if a returned Product is found not to be under
warranty according to the conditions below

So as per there condition they will also refund the money or purchased price
d touch screen does not responds when its on charging????
i call to the costumer care and told the warranty information which they provide and than they told me we can't give u refund why..
