Facing touch problem in xperia SP

I m a Sony xperia Sp user since 1 nov 2013 and from 4 nov. I m facing the prob of touch I update the latest software from service center still the problem not resolve  then I replace it by new handset. The new handset also have the same problem touch not reponse while charging I use the original charger and still facing the same problem........WHAT SHOULD I DO CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO FIND SOLUTION

Okay guys,have you tried fix it with Sony Update Service(SUS)?

Secondly,do you guys put on screen protecters?

If condition persists,bring it to the Sony Service Center immediately...Most of them stated this is a hardware issue,and one more thing,if it still exist after being repaired,convince the Sony Center guys to replace your phone with another.

Today my phone go to replace 3rd time  GOD KNOWS WHEN THE PROB WILL solve....

 I try all update with screen guard n without screen guard the touch prob is still think itisa  manuifacturing defect.......

You mean this is your third phone received from Sony?Oh gosh... Does it still appear with the new device?

Looks like a BATCH of Sony devices are having serious hardware defects in your local store.Well,you could wait for the 4.3 JB to roll out first.Test again and if it is not solved,better sell it and buy another device.

Yesterday I call costumer care the  team leader told me replace it last time if the prob is still arrive then we will give u another model 
should I pay the difference amount.....Or not.......

As a customer,you convince them(Sony) back,you say "i really like Sony devices,but this device(Xperia SP) had really fell from my expectation,i would not like to change to other companies like Samsung and LG,so i really hope, Sony will give the very best of them without incurring of any losses."

Boom!You might get another device for FREE except if they give you a better device,then you have pay a bit more(remember,negotiate to the max)..

After that there are only 2 devices 1st one xperia c and other one xperia zr. xperia c has same price but I don't like c. And xperia zr is too costly than what I do......

What do you mean by "too costly"?They don't give any discounts upon your faulty device?..

In my city the difference between sp n zr is 7500 if the costumer care told me to chose a alternet cell than what I do.
