Facing touch problem in xperia SP

I m a Sony xperia Sp user since 1 nov 2013 and from 4 nov. I m facing the prob of touch I update the latest software from service center still the problem not resolve  then I replace it by new handset. The new handset also have the same problem touch not reponse while charging I use the original charger and still facing the same problem........WHAT SHOULD I DO CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO FIND SOLUTION

Well you either take the risk of requesting another Xperia SP from another retailer(far far away from your local retailer,to ensure quailty) for free or pay the extra price for a better phone,Xperia ZR...

If I pay the extra amount for zr than how much amount should I pay u say that its negotiable it is? Or not.....

It may be negotiable(but not much) because you had change device multiple times so you should have a reduction because you wasted your time and energy so much to get a new one but still,the same problems exist yet again.Use that as a statement..

in sony support there are warranty mention can u plese explain this

Our warranty
Subject to the conditions of this Limited Warranty, Sony
warrants this Product to be free from defects in design,
material and workmanship at the time of its original purchase
by a consumer. This Limited Warranty will last for a period of
one (1) year as from the original date of purchase of the
Product.
What we will do
If, during the warranty period, this Product fails to operate
under normal use and service, due to defects in design,
materials or workmanship, Sony authorised distributors or
service partners, in the country/region* where you purchased
the Product, will, at their option, either repair, replace or
refund the purchase price of the Product in accordance with
the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
Sony and its service partners reserve the right to charge a
handling fee if a returned Product is found not to be under
warranty according to the conditions below

As in bold it stated : You,the owner of the faulty device will have the option either to repair your phone,replace your phone with a new same model or even given back the money you purchased to buy the device(Called product refund).Of course,you must show the receipt and the warranty during refunding.

So as per there condition they will also refund the money or purchased price

That also happened on other device. Most likely software related.

i call to the costumer care and told the warranty information which they provide and than they told me we can't give u refund why..
