Facing touch problem in xperia SP

I m a Sony xperia Sp user since 1 nov 2013 and from 4 nov. I m facing the prob of touch I update the latest software from service center still the problem not resolve  then I replace it by new handset. The new handset also have the same problem touch not reponse while charging I use the original charger and still facing the same problem........WHAT SHOULD I DO CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO FIND SOLUTION

I have no idea.Probably because they had replaced your device with new ones multiple times.

Replace one more time and tell them this is the last time you're doing it if the new device comes with the same problem then they've to refund the money.

But the costumer care told me that there is no refund policy.......

Yep,that option is no longer available because the device had been changed multiple times with a newer device(even though it posses the same issue).

Then replacing its the only option you've. If you've the option to trade your phone for zr then do it. If you don't have the money then borrow some from your friends or family. In case you take the risk to replace it one more time first update the software to 12.0.A.2.254 which is the latest version And Sony claims to fix this issue with that update. As you're getting trouble with pc companion do it via ota.

I had to agree with the replacing method.The only way with minimul risk.But how about wait for 4.3 update first and then only change it...Maybe it will be solved???Who knows...
