Audio PROBLEM!!!

Hi, after i ugrade ti the nes ICS 4.0.4 the sound disappeared in the phone!! I  did reset, does not help. What should I do?

Can you still make phone calls and hear the counterpart? If you activate the speaker phone, does it work? Can you listen to music with a headset? Speaker?

The speaker just does not work.
