how to download mp3 when no option available 'save link as' or 'save target as'?

hi, i have been trying to download mp3. however, whenever i want o download it as me to right click and 'save target as' or choose 'save link as'.

unfortunately whenever i long press on the selected link, i only get option to 'save link' only. when i open link it plays in music player but does not download.

HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

its legal.. there are many sites which give free mp3 downloads.

what other browser options are available other than the pre loaded browser?

There are apps on play store like Easy Mp3 Downloader where you can search for songs and download them.
