z1 compact fails to start up just blinks " sony xperia" each 10 seconds

Hi Gents !

I connected  my brand new Sony Xperia Z1 compact to laptop for system update through Sony PC companion2.1 .

The application shuts it down as normal procedure before launching the update and having a bit slow internet connection at my place , unfortunately the update didnt succeed to continue .

I disconnected my phone after it from laptop and i tried to start it up again , it just blinks "Sony xperia" but wont start .

I forcely switch it off through the Off button in the sim card place and i tried again and again and only it writes Sony Xperia but wont start up.

N.B: I used the suggested way in the previous forum ( to press on with the volume up , also it didnt work)

If anybody can help , would be appreciated coz the nearby technicians failed to do so .

Remove the SIM and SD cards > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 15 seconds > let it charge for 2 hours > repeat the update process but make sure that the phone its off.
