XperiaZ update - HELP

Hello guys, i really need help, i receive a warning for system update on my phone, but when i start update (connect to the computer) he say he need more then 50%battery, so i put him to charge. After charge i turn it on, but he off passed a few seconds and now everytime i try to turn on he said "The software update failed. Make sure that your phone is connected to the computer and try again." And when i connect to the computer, the computer can´t find the phone because he´s turn off -.-

Anyone know how i can fix this?

charge your phone for 30minutes then run PCC > follow the update process and then try again

make sure that your phone is off

You may need to perform a software repair using PC companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

several hours old xperia z3 compact died on me last night after failed update. I tryed everything that you guys described here and other forums. PC Companion gives me error downloading the software and tells me to check my internet connection. 
Called customer support, They want me to send the phone in for repairs, and will take 14 Business Days! ! ! 
I've had my phone, just for 1 day, and now I will have to wait 3 weeks for it to have it again? 

This is unacceptable, I definitely expected more from Sony! 
Please somebody tell me that sending the device back to factory is not my only solution, because if it is I will just not get the Sony again, and I definitely wanted to have this phone.

Experia z updated during night. Now power button doesnt activate screen for use. Daughter has to connect power cable to get screen to light up to be able use phone. Even thou its fully charged. Dont know what will happen when phone goes flat. HELP please

Are you able to switch the screen off using power button?

By pressing it for long time you get switch off phone Menu. Try that and see if that works. If it is working then Power button is working fine and it could be the sfotware issue.
