my device turns off if it goes to sleep and it wont start untill i  press power on and hold vol up button untill it viberates 3 times.

 every time this happens i have  to hold the 2 buttons. plz help

Do you have any task killers or battery savers?How about if you turn it on in safe mode?

i got the same problem went off alone sundly and i pressed volume bottons with the power botton to make it work i thought was finished

why can happend this is not old apparate i just got it as a gift
