Xperia Z Ultra permanent death

Hi guys i just started buying z ultra yesterday and suddenly not even a day the phone just died, i try to reset it by power+volume up and it did not give me any good.(Also tried that red button thingy did not work either.
I try Pc companion and it did not recognize my phone at all.
And i charge my phone about 3 hours it did not show me any light whatsoever.
I'm pretty much screwed right now my only hope is just either to return this to the vendor who sold the product and maybe sony center.
My question is there another solution for this which i didn't know?

If you have no lights on the front when connected to a mains power socket then it appears that your device is dead

So if I were you i'd return this to the place of purchase and have it exchanged if indeed you have just bought it

ah yes i forgo to update this one ,apparently my exchange at the times go smoothly and i'm quite satisfied with my z ultra ,thanks for the concern.

Hi.

Im facing the an issue with my Xperia Z Ultra. The screen suddenly went off while browsing, battery level is approx. 60 %. I tried turning it on with the power button, still not working. I sent it to the service center here in Kuwait and theyve given me a month to wait for it to get fixed. My questions are:

1. Is there any possibility that sony can replace it with other model?

2. Why does it takes a month for the Sony company to resolve the issue?

I trusted Sony so much, all my professional files were in that phablet and right now my work is affected.

Please Help. Thanks.
