I bought Z3 last month. I oftenly used Radio app. But it is not working last one week. I restarted. But its not working. Donno why.
Can anyone assist me? otherwise I need to go service center ?
Please help me asap.

I believe you need your headphones connected unless you have modified it so you don't - If you do have them connected then consider performing a system repair
This will factory reset your phone
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I would also suggest performing a backup of content before the software repair process, as this will remove all your data.
This is done within PC Companion under Backup & Restore
Now its working fine.
What I did,
I just backup my content and update with PC companian. I did after posted this discussion. Sorry for the late reply.
