Xperia Z Two Issues

Dear Support,

I am using Xperia Z for the last few days, i bought it on 9th March 2013. I am facing now two issues, which is surprising:

1) Suddenly the selection, back button stops working, on screen keyboard does not pop up and hence no selection can be made, but the touch screen keep working. I tried resetting by pressing the power button, but the power button on the screen for confirming reset was not getting selected.

Just by trying few things, i pressed the volume up button and the power button together and the mobile got powered down. After that i powered it on, everything was working as usual.

The above activity has happened thrice in the span of few hours

2) I try to reject the call with a pre-loaded message, once i press reject with a call message, nothing happens, the screen remains still and after the call is not answered,the home or the lock screen returns back.

Kindly suggest a way out........i have been eagerly waitin for this mobile and love this mobile, but i see a couple of software issues, which needs to be addressed.

Try SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

Hope this solve your problem but make sure to backup your data.

I also was planning to do the same, and i had to do it twice and after that, since morning there has been no episode like that and the reject with message is also happening.
