Xperia Z not working

Hello,

I was listening to music when suddenly my my phone froze, so i turnd it off by holding the power button. The problem is now that after that it doesn't want to turn on. When i hold the power button it would just show the "SONY" logo and than turn off, thats all it does. If there are any solutions please reply :smileysad:.

k all data is lost. only one thing you can do. power + volume up for 10 seconds to shutdown. charge it. DO NOT TURN ON. use SONY UPDATE SERVICE. run a repair by connecting in flashmode.

Hi Sony Team,

I went swimming yesterday with my xperia Z here in the philippines, about 4ft. Then under water i noticed my phonewas losing power, it turned on then of couple of times now it has moist on the front camera and back and shows water in it. It is not opening but when plugged to the charger, the charging red light shows then goes out. What should I do? olease help many thanks.

I need help!! My Sony Xperia Z will only work if it is plugged into power. The battery says it's fully charged but as soon as i unplug it and press anything, it turns off and I can not turn it on again until I plug it in. It does vibrate if i hold the button and a dark screen with SONY comes up but that's it. Has my battery died? If so, how do I replace it.
