Full picture photo shooting details does not show up

Hi everyone,

Normally when I shot a photo and in the photo viewing mode I can select "details" to see the full details of the captured photo such as shutter speed information. However, recently I found that the information does not show in full like in the past. The shutter speed an some other details are diappeared.

How can I bring this back

Normally,that should not be the case.Try settings-apps-all-camera,force stop and clear data.Restart.

@alexdon I have tried your recommendation but it doesn't work. I even force stopped and cleared the data of the gallery app. But still it is the same.

Possibly due to the reason that I used to connect my phone with computer and use PC companion to repair my phone software. Maybe from this action, the full details of the captured photo never been shown again T_T

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

I have tried it in safe mode but still the details of the captured photo does not show in full. I have attached a screenshot with this post which you can see that the details are very short. 

Also, I have tried also a factory reset but it does not work at all. Possibly the PC Companion repairing that I did it last time might had some unknown error due to my home Internet connection was not stable. So, the PC companion repairing version of software might be permanently modified into the factory software. So the the factory reset does not work.

Anyone has the same problem like me? or it is normal with the current Sony updated software. I am sure last 2 months ago when I bought Z3 it was not like this. And this is an annoying problem for me as I always use Z3 camera in manual mode and always make use of the first picture shooting details such as ISO, speed shutter, etc for re-shooting a second better photo. 

Anyway, I will do a PC companion repairing again tomorrow morning, then I will post a result

Below is the screenshot that  I shot a photo in safe mode using manual camera mode at 20.7 MP, auto ISO
Then I openned the gallery in safe mode and see the details of the captured photo. You can see that there is almost no important details.
There are only the width and height and then the flash is on or off.

Dear Alexdon

I have done a PC companion software repair. However, theeverything still be the same, the problem still there.

Does your Z3 have the updated software? if yes can you help me check whether you gallery also not show full details or not.
Just think that possibly all the z3 phones with updated software may have the same problem as me.
