Hi shafey,

Welcome to the community, 

Just to clarify, as stated above, this is related to hearing aids, this option allows the hearing impaired to use the device with there hearing aids.

Go to call settings and juste turn off hearing aids

hello,alexdon i cant find hearing aids in the call settings...i try to turn off almost everything in the call settings but icon in the status bar is still there..pls can u help me  Xperia M2

@Ascic I am not sure if M2 has it. Here they say yes,but maybe @Jake-SonyXperiaSupport can clear things up.
