Touchscreen doesnt work anymore, Display suddenly broken

Hello,

this morning my touchscreen suddenly stopped working. I cant use it anymore. I had a look at the display and saw that it is broken, but it didnt fall down. So I want to send it to reparation, but I cant search for the IMEI number. What can I do? And did anyone else have the same problem?

There are myriad reasons as to why a screen will stop working, look for the point of impact, but make sure to contact your local Xperia Care

the IMEI number should be on the Box

Check the bottom of your phone, look for where it says, made in china, the IMEI number it's right next to it.

For IMEI number dial Service Menu          : *#*#7378423#*#*

You can test your phone here for touch responses as well.

Before giving to service try to reset using PC Companion.
