Unhappy with your service department

I submitted my phone 3 times  due to hetting problem and back camra but i got my phone as a same problem nothing changes in this phone. 
 
I submitted my phone in warranty period and your service center gave me after out of warranty when my warranty expire  and told me that they have change my PCB and Camra but i told them there was nothing change in my phone till then. 
 
After one days i went to service center due to same problem but they deny for except my phone because he told me that my phone is out of warranty but the problem was same so why they deny. 
 
When i taken my phone from service center they told me that i need to use some day if i face same problem then they will repair agin but after 2days when i went there they deny to accept. 
 
Then i called to your customers call center and i talked to Kajal from senior department  she told me that and suggest me i need to go to service center and call her because she wanted to talked that person Who deny to accept my phone and i did same thing. 
 
Now my phone is, in your service center and i am facing same problem i am not talking about another problem so if i am facing same problem agin and again so what your Teams are doing. 
 
Now your service department talking about payment so why should i pay for same problem i submitted my phone in warranty period and your department returned me after 25 to 30 days when warranty was expired and my problem was same till then. 
 
Now my phone is in your service center so please repair that and i will never pay a single Rupe because i am facing same problem nothing change. 
 
Please do something and repair as soon as possible.

I´m sorry to know that 😕

Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done "here".
This is a global forum, and doesn't have any relation between Sony Centers since every country was their one laws (warranty), procedures and so on. 

I recommend you explaind that situation very detailed and send it to Sony Mobile of your country.
