I can't update my phone to Android 7

Hello guys.
After I send my phone to the service, they changed android version to 5.1.1 from 7.1.1 and then I can't update my phone 7.1.1 again. 

How can I update?

P.s: I tried Xperia Companion and phone's update app.

Don´t know if i understood you write... But since the Service updated your device, isn't the Z5 on 7.1.1?
