to update nougat update 7.1.1 or not?

I read so many 7.1.1 update problems on xperia z5 that I wonder if it's worthwhile to upgrade (on my Z5 compact). Anyone had a smooth upgrade without problems after update? No battery drain problem after upgrade?

Ill wait for Android O, since it will come with some REALLY awesome upgrades, like LDAC and other nice stuff...

For me, on a Z5, no problem! All is good. Android 7.1.1 is excellent.

I updated at last to 7.1.1, and I did notice some of the issues mentioned in other posts.

However, after doing the "restart safe mode->Turn off->Start" solution and deleting the movie creator app, as one suggested, It seems my Z5 compact (2 phones) are working OK

Dont update. Full of bugs. Will run out of ram. Currently I have just 5-6 apps installed apart from the stock ones and the phone is running out of ram.

My phone turned into a disaster 😐

Slow as a snail, everything in slow motion, keyboard appears after 10 seconds, Facebook dies a slow Death,

the phone app crashes every 3 days, I need to restart daily.

This is the best upgrade ever...

Disable the movie creator app. Resolved the issue on my phone.
