the agent lost my mobily Z5 and did not give me a replacement

My Mobily Z5  was taken by the agent for maintenance from 30 days ago and he lost my mobily and did not give me a replacement
Where are you, Sony?

I called the agent
and I called Sony
But no any  one helps me
Sony service   after-sales is very, very bad in the Middle East

I waiting my mobile from a month

Where is sony
