I agree with @exsanguinator, this is totally a scam. Some app you installed lately might be causing these messages to appear. If you can't figure that app out, then I'd strongly recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Follow the steps given in the blue link, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.
You can first backup using Xperia Companion, but don't include "Apps" or "Settings" in the backup.
