Sony Xperia Z5 Compact has an echo when making calls

Hi,

I have a brand new Sony Xperia Z5 Compact,
when I make/receive calls, the person at the other end has an echo from my phone.
THIS is not the case using a bluetooth device to make the calls with.

Please advice what to do ?

I've just bought a brand new Z5 and have this issue. 

I've tried the software repair today and still have the same echo issue. 

I need ot get this fixed or just drop Sony phones all together and go for another phone manufacturer. 

Which would be a shame as I've used Sony phones for past 5+ years.

Does anyone know of a sure fire way to fix this issue ?
