Hi, has anyone try to contact sony before? It is very dissaponting. I drop the complaint/query 3 times and all that I got is they recieved my query but I have been waiting for two weeks but no response has enter.

No offense. But I really feel dissapointed with sony aftersales services...

Guys, do you know when will they roll the 10.5.a.0.233? I hope it will fix the battery drain issue.. Thanks for the response!

I do not know if 4.4.4 will be rolled out on the Z.Contact xperia care for more info or maybe a staff member.
