Sim lock code at 0 despite having paid Ee for unlock code

Hello

I have just paid Ee for an unlock code for my z3 compact. Their instructions state to check *#*#7378423#*#* on phone and if sim lock under service info shows 0 (mine does) to contact Sony for a handset reset. I cannot find where to request that on your website, please help. I just want to unlock this phone!!!
