My sony z5 phone will not power on.i have to tried to rest it pressring the power and volume button down till it vibrates and still nothing.i have also tryed pressing the rest button in sim compartment and still nothing..please advise

Hi @Walls18,

I'm sorry to hear this. After you have forced a restart of your phone, have you tried charging it? Note that it may take over 30 minutes for your phone to indicate that is charging.

I would also recommend that you try and temporarily remove any SD- and SIM-card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.
