Problem with touch screen

Suddenly a vertical line of my touch screen won't response anymore... I restored Android and still the same. I attach a screen that shows the area that doesn't work. Any help??

I installed Android N preview Beta and still the same touchscreen problem. I think its a hardware problem.

Hello from Tenerife, Spain. 

The same problem, a vertical line not working on the left of the screen. It occurred suddenly, the phone is undamaged.

Possible solutions from the web, including restart, checking memory card, using xperia companion, reinstallation... are not helpful. Using Android 6.0.1

Ideas?
