I am a good customer of Sony Mobile Communications, but 6 months ago I acquired a Sony Ericsson Xperia Z5 smartphone, and two weeks ago I left totally lost, I have had many of their cell phones, I have Sony WS610 headphones to complement My experience with that supposedly "high-end" cell phone.
The equipment worked me correctly never, in the time of use, I had failed for nothing, until two weeks ago, without having done absolutely nothing, out of nowhere I shut down; Since then I have tried EVERYTHING and as you do not have customer support here in the city of Bogota D.C. In colombia; And urged by the functions that gave me this cell phone, I had to take it quickly to have it reviewed by a smartphone technician specialized in sony smartphone and several other places, where pitifully they told me that the brand new equipment, died, does not respond to Absolutely nothing and that can only be sold by pieces.
Before that happened, I already had expectations to give that cell to my brother and buy the one that will soon be on the market, the Sony Xperia XZ premium, I am an industrial engineer in progress, and I relied fully on their equipment or technical support, But with this incident all expectations were gone, unfortunately I am one of 1 \ '000,000 people or more clients of your company, but I was absolutely disillusioned with this equipment, this I write to you more than a complaint is a suggestion and question, from :
