I forgot my screen lock pin. I was unable to change the pin on the myxperia website because it says i have already set a pin. I dont want to refresh my phone and lose my data. Is there any way i can enter my phone?
You can also try the Android device manager, this is a Google service that works very similar to the MyXperia service.
Log in with your Google account and wait for the service to locate your phone. When the phone has been located press "Lock" and follow the instructions on the screen.
If that doesn't work, I'm afraid that you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your phone and since you can't unlock it you will not be able to create a backup.
