Phone is Locked into an Emergency Call Lock Screen

Hi All,

My SX-Z1C is currently locked into an emergency call lock screen. I tried rebooting the modem without the SD card and SIM but it didnt work. is there a way to reformat the phone without getting into the settings / homescreen? Coz right now i cant get pass through the Emergency Call Lock Screen to get to the homescreen or settings. If so what tools do i need.? Or is there a way to fix the issue without reformatting the phone

I already installed experia companion.and this problem occured with it .

@Bebars Have you tried running the Repair option without having the device connected to your PC at first? What is the exact error message you get when you try to perform the repair?

now I'm trying to install x-companion it installed but it doesn't work . there is a message that the procedure entery point SetDefultDllDirectories could not be located in the dynamic link liberary KERNEL32.dII.   what shoud I do ?

@Bebars Try downloading and installing this file for your version of Windows, then try to install Xperia Companion again.
