My Z5 Dual Display won't turn off automatically

The display won't turn off automatically even after 7 hours straight!

Like, when i charge the phone, the display lids up due to notification coming in but it won't turn off the display automatically even after more than 10 minutes.

I leave the phone at home (100% battery) and when coming home, after 12 hours later, the display is still on and the battery drops to 30%. It drains my battery so much.

Unless i turn off the display by pressing the power button etc, the display won't turn off automatically.

I tried to change the settings into 30 secs then 1 minute and the others but the settings didn't seem to be working.

Please help me fix this issue. Thanks.

Do you experience the same in safe mode

It works perfectly in safe mode. the display did turn off. so, how should I repair it in normal mode?

It's a third party app causing this behaviour, which app, an app that YOU've downloaded, you will have to uninstall one by one
