In that case I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support in order to be assisted in sending your device in for servicing at an authorized service center.
Hi @MarocainDangereux, I am very sorry to hear that.
When you write that you held the buttons to hard reset, do you mean both the OFF button next to the SIM area as well as holding the volume up and the power button simultaneously until it vibrates?
Aside from the above suggestions, could you also try removing the SIM and SD cards to see if that helps?
Let me know if it made a difference!
It might not help in your situation, but have you tried the "repair" option on the xperia companion? It could help you, so check it out if you haven't already
Thank you guys for the fast reply
Yes, i tried the off button, held power and volume up, already took off the sim card, i don't have a sd card and tried to connect it to xperia companion but it doesn't recognize it

Alright, thank you, i'll try that and keep you updated
Yes, feel free to! I wish you the best.
Thank you all for the replies,
I talked with the support and i will send them my phone so they can repair it.
Seems like the only way, but i have a question, will my data be erased ? and if so, how can i back it up?
Because i didn't find any possible way to do so on the internet.
It is best to ask that question to your Local support since they will have more information on your local service routines. I know that in some markets it is mandatory to reset the device, so ask your local team to see if it's the same in your specific market.
Since you are unable to power it on it won't be possible to back it up - however, you can ask your local team if the service center can refrain from resetting it or if they can back it up for you.
