Microphone Problem only in Regular Calls| Lolipop 5.0.2

Hi everyone,

I have Z1 for one year, and it was really nice time, recently i upgrade to Lolipop 5.0.2, but then the mic stop working good.

If i make or recieve  a normal call, the other side can not hear me well, the vocie is bad and sometime its gone totally.

But if i try to recode a voice or movie or even make an internet call using Watts App or Facebook massenger, the mic is okay and fine.

Only in regular call it stop working good.

Just after a week of buying xperia M4 aqua I am experiencing the microphone issue (13th June 15).
During calls other side can't hear my voice but I can hear them clearly. I tried to test it on xperia diagnostics on safe mode but the test failed for microphone. Speaker works fine but if during a call I tap lightly near the microphone, other side can hear my voice. But again for new call same problem. So every time a call comes, I have to tap on microphone so that my voice can be heard.
I even tried with service centre but someone told me that it's of no use as the this problem will reoccur after sometime.
I don't know what to do now? Please Sony repair this issue asap.

I checked from Sony repair center. They said it's a bug. Have to wait until they fix.

My microphone makes too much noice since the switch to android 5. An uncomfortable situation for the receiver party who always hears troubles such as radio waves...pfff please help! I don t know what to do

Can someone at Sony tell me WHY the entire user base of the Z1 phone should have to do all sorts of backup,restore, PCC, etc, etc, just because Lollipop 5.0.2 was released before it was proven to be fit for purpose. Surprisingly one of the fundamental uses of a phone is to talk to others. Sony should be ashamed of this school boy error.

I'm having same problem. I can hear the other person perfectly well during voice calls, but they keep telling me that I'm breaking up. This only started after updating to lollipop. Any updates as to whether this 'fix' fixes it?
