Microphone Problem only in Regular Calls| Lolipop 5.0.2

Hi everyone,

I have Z1 for one year, and it was really nice time, recently i upgrade to Lolipop 5.0.2, but then the mic stop working good.

If i make or recieve  a normal call, the other side can not hear me well, the vocie is bad and sometime its gone totally.

But if i try to recode a voice or movie or even make an internet call using Watts App or Facebook massenger, the mic is okay and fine.

Only in regular call it stop working good.

Any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory.

Open PC companion -> Support zone -> Phone/tablet software update -> Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

I'd suggest that you do a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to back up your data before you proceed.

Hello, I've updated my Xperia Z2 with PCC and disabled noise suppression but my Xperia still has problem with microphone, voice is low and muffed.
I've did some tests and looks the problem is with mic sensitivity. With voice recording it works very good, with mic sensitivity in auto mode, but phone calls are very low.
Sony you have to fix it!

- Go to Settings -> Call -> Disable Slow talk and Microphone noise suppression.

- If you still face the same problem, I'd suggest that you do a PC Companion phone repair, this will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. You'll need to back up your data before you proceed.

Quester I did the Repair with PC Companion.Slow talk and noise suppression are disabled but still have problem.
I run the Xperia microphone test and it works nice, voice is high and clear in test, but phone calls stills low and muffed.
I changed microphone sensitivity to low, high and auto, but it changes only voice recorder, doesn't change anything for voice calls.
Is there a way to change microphone sensitivity for voice calls?

Hey dude don't type the same thing here. I also did Sony pc repair. But it doesn't work. Sony said they will check this issue. That's a bug. Even you do the pc repair nothing will happen.
