Howdy folks. This problem started a few months ago. I let it go expecting an update or some sort of system fix. I made the wrong assumption apparently that it would sort itself out. It not only hasn't been fixed, it's gotten worse.
I simply struggle to download messages using the Message+ app. It doesn't matter whether I'm on wifi, or the towers. If it's a multi-person message, the problem is even worse. My Z3 will sometimes take days to download messages, and/or media content through the Message+ app. This is a new thing, as I've had my phone for roughly 2+ years and haven't had a single problem with it during that time. It's still in fantastic condition overall and this is the only problem I'm currently having.
Any help, or a fix suggestion would be greatly appreciated. My phone has basically become unusable for purposes of messaging because I only get about half of my messages (at best) on the same day they are sent to me. As a side note, I don't seem to have problems sending messages.
Very frustrated. I've tried going through my settings and can't seem to find anything. I've rebooted the phone multiple times, turned wifi on/off, nothing seems to fix the problem.
