Camera App version

Can i ask what version of the camera app do you guys have?
I just got the MM update today and the camera app version is 1.0.C.1.2

There was another camera icon that says ver2.0 but i can't lauch it. it force quits everytime i run it..

Is my version the latest? If not, how to update it?

Mine's also on 1.0.C.1.2 on the Z5C, so I believe this is the latest that is currently available.

I guess when the MM was pushed down, the older Camera 2.0 from lollipop wasn't removed...

Strangely, i even did a hard reset to factory default the phone..and the camera 2.0 was still there...it just wouldn't launch so i just uninstalled it..

I am pretty sure that is the latest camera update. Otherwise,there would have been a notification for you to update it. So no worries about updates. The other camera icon having version 2.0 is likely the original system app and it can't be updated by yourself.

But just to be sure,this is my Xperia Z2 running on Marshmallow 6.0 with Camera app version 1.0.B.0.30(latest for us non-Z5 series)

Mine's also on 1.0.C.1.2 on the Z5 (e6653) and that's the latest one for MM Fw !

When are u going to push Camera into Play Store as other apps ?

So u could update it more frequently
