lost all my stock ringtones and notifications sounds on xperia z2

How can i get my stock ringtones and notifications sounds back? Since I lost them I am unable to change my notification sound,it's really bugging me now and I don't want to factory reset my z2! Can anyone help pleas?

Settings-apps-all-tap on settings (3 dots) and reset app preferences. This will let you choose from other ringtones.

But how did you lose them?

Do you have any idea as to how you managed to lose all the content? as this is rather odd.

I must of deleted the folder containing them that is all I can think of!

The same here. Lost all my stock sound samples . No.. I didn't do anything!  It started with my WhatsApp notification sound changed to something weird?  I don't hear it either?  When I went to settings & tried to put the sound back, I got an odd page I've never seen before?  Seems like little snippets of sound files when eriting

I've exactly the same problem . Sound snippets for notifications & RINGTONES gone!  Nothing in settings helps ?  Now all I get is a weird page with odd sound clips NO NAMES JUST file numbers?   Probably little voice bits caught when microphone button accidently tapped when posting on keyboard.?  I now have a phone waking me up, with sounds that DON'T STOP until I open the msg!?  Or not hearing calls or msgs. Because I don't recognise anything.  Drivibg me 😡 MAD
