Loosing mobile data connection

I have Z1 Compact for 2 weeks and every second day my phone looses its mobile data connection... even the data transfer icon dissapears from the top line of the screen... only restart fixes it... and it is happening again in about 24 hours

I am noticing this every morning as i drive my car to work and im using Waze navigation programm, that shows "Searching network" in red... also emails and Chrome is not working...

Does someone had such problem and know how to fix it?

Have you tried booting in safe mode,see if the same occurs?

Thanks for advice! Im going to try this... usually it takes about 24 hours for that error to occur... so i guess tomorrow i shall see if there will be a difference :)...

so this morning... before leaving home i turned off wi-fi to test the mobile data connection - everything were fine!

i turned back on wifi and after about ten minutes i started my car and were going to work...

after about 10 driven kilometers i looked at Waze on my phone - no errors... i even tried Chrome - web pages was opening just fine... then after about 15-20 kilometers i noticed the usual red warning in Waze - "Searching network"... also the mobile data icon were gone too... so now my phone's mobile data connection is not working again... and turning off/on the mobile data rocker is not helping... is there another way how to reset the mobile data connection or how i could try to switch it on?

And where could be the problem???

As you remember - i were testing the safe mode... so now its clear that safe mode have no effect on that problem :((((

You could also try replacing your sim. I've had this issues with 3 different phones until it made me realise it's probably the sim card. Changed it and no problems since.

mmm... thanks for advice... i will ask my provider to make for me another sim card... hope that will resolve this issue!

this may seem obvious but what battery life is remaining when this happens??  I had a similar issue and found a setting that switched data services off when the battery life went below 20%.

After you get that new SIM and test it,report here.It could be related to that.

I thought about that (Stamina and Low battery mode in settings... these are switched off)... but that happens no matter how full the battery is... every second night i am charging my Z1c... tomorrow ill try to notice when exactly the mobile data connection is lost... is it happening for example on 7:00 AM or at some specific point in my way to work...

Maybe it hase something related with Smart Connect? This evening i turned it off completely...
