Keypad error

Two keys are not working on my keypad. Letters between D and G, X and V are not working. Solution please...

I moved your post to the Xperia Z3+ board!

Then the keyboard seems to work fine and it does sound like is related to the touchscreen rather than the keyboard.

If you open up the Phone application and type in *#*#7378423#*#*, then you do the test that can be found in Service tests > Touch > Free drawing test, are you able to write all over the screen here? Test the areas where the keys are placed on the keyboard that you were not able to use!

I can see that you made your post in the Xperia Mini/pro board, is this the phone model that you are using? You can see which phone model you have in Settings > (System) > About phone.

If you rotate the screen to landscape mode, are you then able to use these letters? I just want to make sure that it's not the touchscreen acting up and is not working in certain places.

I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you as the device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre. If you have any questions regarding warranty, service routines and so forth, they will be able to provide a very detailed answer to all these questions!
