Bonjour, j'ai un Sony Xperia Z5 compact noir et depuis quelques semaines, quand quelqu'un m'appelle, l'ecran n'affiche rien. Il faut que je déverrouille mon téléphone, que je fasse glisser la barre des notification et que je clique sur "Répondre".

1) If you experience any problem with your phone, booting it into safe mode can be a good idea to check if any third party applications might be involved in the problem you’re having.

If you run your phone in safe mode for a while and you don’t experience any problem, the problem you’re having is most likely related to a third party app that you’ve installed.

How to boot into safe mode differ from models to model and it can also be different depending on firmware version but this topic will explain to you how to do it.

NOTE!
Booting into safe mode may change personal UI customizations such as icons, folders and widgets.

When you restart to normal mode again, some 3:rd party apps that has a sign in may require that you sign in again.

Press and hold the on/off key until you get this screen.

Now tap and hold the Power off option until you see this screen.

Press OK to reboot into safe mode.
If you have successfully booted into safe mode you will see the text Safe mode in the bottom left corner.

You can also boot into safe mode by turning off the phone and wait a few seconds. Now press and hold both the on/off and volume down (-) key. Keep pressing these two keys until the phone has booted completely.

To exit safe mode you simply power off and power on as normal.

2) If the problem persists,

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix the issue --> This will factory reset your phone!

Sounds bit curios:

I had similar or same problem. The Phone immediatly turned of the display if i did a call or accepted a call. After cleaning the front side especially the upper side it now works as usual.
