How to backup notes

Hello, I'd like to ask how can I backup all my notes from stock notepad in my Xperia S and then move it to Xperia Z? I tried with PC Companion (backup option) but didn't see option for Notepad backup

Pease help if possible.

I have one untypical problem and I can't find the answer on this fourm.

I have copy made on My Xperia P with Backup and Restore app. Now  Xperia P is broken, but I have .semc fullbackup folder on my PC. I use now Xperia L.

(I'm not talking about copy made with PC Companion, I don't have it)

Is it possible to transfer this data? It is very important for me to have all my contacts and SMS back.

If yes, how to do that?

I would appreciate any help

Hi,

Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to work since these phone may differ in the Android-versions. You are not able to extract the back up file or similar to get the data, but you can of course give it a try by moving this folder to your Xperia L and then try to restore it via the Back up & restore application.

Moving it to the folder on Xperia L didn't work. Would it work if they had the same version of the system? Or if I put it on other Xperia P? Or by rooting the system? Is there any chance? Thanks

To restore this backup you need another Xperia phone running the same Android version that you had in your Xperia P when you made the backup (Android 4.1 if it was updated with the latest software).

Hi, My name is Diego and I´m new at this forum.

I´ve restored my mobile phone to the beggining and the app notes is empty. I need the notes I´ve done before. It supposes that google account saves this kind of data but not... Could you help me?

I got the same issue could any one help. I did back up before I did restore. After the restore I got all my contacts but not sms n note.
