I really don't know i got this phone and my sim is a 4g sim and when i put ont 4g it doesn't work instead its still fixed on 3g so i just want assistance on how i can get my phone browsing on 4G LTE thanks.

Sometimes the carrier network has to enable this on their side, or enter the IMEI number of your new phone.
Also, is your phone compatible with your carrier's 4G frequencies?
How to update version? If does update version 4G work?
