i entered already the correct google account but still not recognize...please help what should i do with my phonne. tried to go to repair shops but cant repair or fix.
Hi @kingsly1979, I'm sorry about what you are experiencing.
Have you had the opportunity to try resetting your google password? If not, then i would advice you to try this first by visiting this link: http://www.google.com/accounts/recovery. Please note that after resetting the password it can take up to 72 hours before it recognizes that you have changed the password.
In addition, please make sure that you are using the correct google credentials that you've used to activate MyXperia.
If this doesn't help you, i would advice you to contact your Local support to be able to send your phone in to an authorized service center. I would like to help you with this but as this is market specific and your local team have more information about service guidelines, warranty terms and consumer laws, it would be best to contact them.
