Headphones with microphone

My xperia Z C6603 doesn't work with headphones with mic, what should I do?

Are this Sony's headphones or a third-party?

My headphones are sony ericsson, when i put them there is a message, saying that headphones with mic aren't supported, change the headphones or connect the support in sony mobile

That's simple, your Sony Ericsson headphones are OMTP and since 2012 the Xperias support CTIA standard. 

You have 2 options

1. buy an adaptor OMTP > CTIA 

or 

2. buy new headphones.
