Full picture photo shooting details does not show up

Hi everyone,

Normally when I shot a photo and in the photo viewing mode I can select "details" to see the full details of the captured photo such as shutter speed information. However, recently I found that the information does not show in full like in the past. The shutter speed an some other details are diappeared.

How can I bring this back

I mean are you locked on a specific carrier? Just like viridis said he is on O2 UK. In that case,it could be network specific.

I can confirm after manually installing album 6.6.A.0.6 from an xda link, all the photo information is displayed.
The problem seems to be with the previous album version some of us still had.

@Alexdon I don't know whether my Z3 is locked on a specific carrier or not. My friend bought this device in Taiwan for me. Then I use it in Thailand. At the beginning it was fine everything is displayed.

How to check whether my Z3 is locked on a specific carrier?

Most probably it is not then,if you can use any SIM in it.There is a code you can write and check afterwards. But there is no need,just check what viridis said.

@viridis wow!!! How can you do that!! Actually I am a kind of new to smartphone technical stuff. Please share with me about the method to do that.

Yes finally the problem is solved! Thanks Viridis and Alexdon for your support.

I can confirm that after installing the album software version from XDA then all the information of captured photo is shown! Anyone has the same problem with me you can follow the link given by Alexdon
