FLASH D5833 TO D5803, ANY ideas....

Hi, I purchased a z3 compact in India and shipped it to my brother in Oslo, Norway.
And yes now I know it's not meant for that market, cause of different models n bands.
So any brilliant solutions for this delima....
Can I flash it or crack or root it's os to work in Europe...

Please awaiting, do suggest something...

You can flash the phone

but you can't change the bands.

Ok, thanks, but dose rooting allow him to use the handset in Europe...? Cause the Hardware is same worldwide n the software or os is different region wise, I think.
So if rooting or flash of os is feasible do I follow the links u send before... N Warranty is screwed as it is so ok with me, as long as he can get a fully functional handset, costed me 35k man.... N now it a dud there....

1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 28(700), 40(2300) - D5833

As long as the carrier/network in Norway is compatible with the D5833 variant, it should work

Well, apparently it does seem to function correctly for now. Cause it's able to work on 3g network, and onwards, but getting problem's with 2g...
