Can't play 4k videos I recorded + overheating

Gents,
Most of the time I can't play what I recorded as 4k videos plus the overheating issue which I read on z3 dual reviews before I buy it.

Any idea how to avoid the overheating when rec. 4k and why I can't play them back, message is (can't play video)

This is happening frequently I mean it works from time to time.
Your help is much appreciated.

There's nothing to do about it, recording on 4K it's quite demanding, the phone will heat up a lot faster than recording on HD.

I've seen issues like that If you save the videos on an SD card

Beleive me it was happening even before I buu an SD card...
