Feedback - Google Chrome tabs display not good in Lollipop update

Before the Xperia Z3 lollipop update, Google Chrome opened new tabs in the app itself and displayed a "2" on the 1st webpage when opening 2nd new tab but now it opens 2nd new tab without a "2" and the 2nd tab can only be found in Shortcut (next to Home button) instead that seemed to be more confusing, inconvenient and troublesome.

Something you should suggest to Google directly, not Sony.

My other Sony smartphone "Xperia V" (before getting Z3) don't have this defect after installing the new Chrome update, how to explain?

Because Google is in charge of Android and Chrome, not Sony.

Btw, you know you can turn this "feature" off right? 

Open Chrome > menu > settings > Merge tabs and apps > off.
