Copy and paste function not working

Hi. I have an issue. I select the text, from chrome, text messages etc. press the copy button but then it won't paste, sometimes it works but 80% of the time it won't
I have recorded the process if I can attach a video? Thanks

Hi,

That sounds strange. Videos can unfortunately not be attached, only photos. You could upload the video to Google Drive/Dropbox etc and share the link.

It looks like you are long pressing the button. When you long press these buttons, it will only display what kind of function it has and therefore, why you receive the popup message with the text "Copy" (this will not copy the text, URL etc ). If you for example want to copy an URL, you only need to tap the copy button and not long press it.

Could you try once agian but just tap the copy button instead.
