Hi! I bought my Xperia Z2 last monday, and so far I love it! BUT there's one thing that's driving me crazy! I opened a picture in full screen mode and a tip appeared "slide finger down to exti full screen mode" I did it but nothing happened, I exited the full screen mode with the back button and forgot about it, but since then I've tried to do it in different applications (like I did on my iphone) and it doesn't exit the full screen mode with the finger gesture, I have to exit with the back button, it's not a big deal but it worries me that something is not working properly with my display, that it has a defect and that with time some important features may stop working, I already went through my settings trying to find an unchecked feature or something but I found nothing.
Could it be something from the hardware or is it from the software? does anyone know how to fix this? Am I the only one with this problem? is it normal? Help please!

in immersive mode, an edge swipe from the top or bottom of the screen now reveals the system UI.
To return to immersive mode, users can touch the screen outside of the bar bounds or wait for a short period for the bars to auto-hide. For a consistent user experience, the new gesture also works with previous methods of hiding the status bar.

Ohhhhh...so it doesn't exit "exit" when you swipe down your finger, the hint or tip or whatever that was is very confusing, I used to be an iphone user until a week ago, and when you swipe down a full screen image or video or whatever it's displayed in full screen mode it becomes smaller, so I was very confused because the tip said swipe down to exit, I thought my phone was suppose to do what my iphone did
it didn't say swipe down and the status bar and home button will appear so you can exit by using them, hehe
Well, at least I can be at peace now, I don't have to worry about my phone's screen failing, thank you for your answer
